CV. Cahaya Mulia merupakan sebuah UKM yang memproduksi aluminium batangan dan beberapa produk cetakan. Produk salah satu memiliki permintaan tinggi. Permintaan mencapai 3000 kg/minggu dengan harga pokok produksi sebesar Rp. 18.000/kg. Peleburan logam aluminum proses dilakukan di ini. saat ini menggunakan bahan bakar kayu refraktori koi. Koi digunakan harus diganti setiap 3 bulan cukup mahal membuat menjadi Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka penelitian merancang tungku peleburan oli bekas. Tungku hasil rancangan sudah tidak koi bekas sebagai bakar. Penggunaan dapat menekan biaya baku pemesinan sehingga turun 17. 166/kg. Penurunan mampu meningkatkan keuntungan sebanyak 2.800.000/minggu.
